The Informal School of IT is the largest platform in Romania that brings together top professionals in the industry and talented people, driven by the desire to develop their unique IT skills. Cityside Education Association, represented by Sebastian Văduva, alongside several partners from Cluj-Napoca, founded this School in 2013. The idea came after several corporate training sessions were held with large IT companies that complained that they had less and less time to invest in technical courses "at home"... The school expanded rapidly from Cluj-Napoca to Bucharest, Timișoara, Iași and even to Oradea over the course of a year and a half. The company's practical approach, combined with a constantly updated curriculum and a convenient schedule, has proven to be a recipe for success for an alternative school.

In 2011, while Sebastian Văduva was the dean of Griffiths School of Management and IT at Emanuel University in Oradea, he was challenged by an American business owner to create Stark Vantage, a company specializing in IT administration and telemarketing, as well as finance and accounting for the American market. He gathered eight graduates, including Bogdan Negru, who later became CEO of the Romanian company. The level of activity steadily increased in 2012, and by 2013 it took the name Stark Europe, becoming the European branch for Stark Talent, a leading human resources and recruitment company in the United States. In time, the team gained knowledge and expertise in “back office” administrative processes, finance, IT administration, recruitment, and order management. After four years of strengthening its foundation, 2014 was the perfect time for Stark Vantage to strengthen its customer base and step up its large-scale efforts in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. In 2017, the company rebranded as Sourcematch, and Bogdan Negru moved to the US to increase the company's sales.

Oradea Tech Hub Association is a non-profit organization created by a group of tech enthusiasts to support the local community. The objective of Oradea Tech Hub Association is to support and develop the local community in the creative and technology industries. For this objective to be achieved, Oradea Tech Hub develops three main things: - Co-working spaces for start-ups and freelancers and facilitating networking between them - Organizing tech & creative events, meetups, etc. - Promoting the interests of local IT companies and representing them nationally (local, national authorities etc.) and internationally

Heritage Farms is an organic agriculture laboratory led by Emanuel University of Oradea and its graduates, with the aim of creating a model of organic agriculture that can be replicated and implemented by missionaries in other countries / communities, thus popularizing and offering a practical approach to business as a mission. The business launched in 2016 intends to support the founders in their main activity as faculty members at Emanuel University. It also seeks to be a business seen as a mission, organizing and systematizing the organic production and home delivery of high-quality products. Thus, they create a knowledge center and provide jobs in the local community, as well as training opportunities for students in the field of agrobusiness.

Marcela Matraku, a graduate of Griffiths School of Management and IT at Emanuel University in Oradea, took when she was in her 3rd year of studies (2013) in the iStart Business Plan contest with the idea of creating a platform where couples who are married or who are about to get married can collaborate with ghost writers to materialize their love story in a book. She won that year's contest and drew the attention of some investors, including Advanced Solutions. That year, Marcela began to work on the implementation of the business, and she soon had her first orders in Romania. The business is called My Love Story Book and it was able to get orders from Western Europe and the United States. Marcela began her PhD studies in the US and led the business to the US market.

Global Medical is a consulting company created with the aim of providing the best options and treatment plans that patients can have at their disposal when they must use the services of a medical institution. The difficulty faced by people who have health problems is that they do not know who to turn to or who the right qualified medical staff for their needs is. Global Medical facilitates the process by which patients choose their doctors and medical institutions by providing information on the specializations of healthcare professionals, training, medical skills, and cases resolved. At the same time, Global Medical tries to provide patients with information about the equipment of medical institutions and their ability to provide the necessary conditions for treating various diseases.
